"Feeding the Hungry and
Offering Hope in Troubled Times."
About Us

Our Purpose:

Harvest Food Ministry provides supplemental food, without regard to income, race or religion, to families and individuals residing in Holliday and the surrounding community of Archer County at no cost to the recipients. Since it's inception in 2010, the number of families and individuals served has continued to grow. Harvest Food Ministry currently services approximately 90 households per month. Monthly distribution is the 4th Thursday of every month. However, supplemental food is available at any time on a case-by-case basis. As a community based food ministry it collaborates with other churches and entities in the community. All contributions are used for the sole purpose of providing food. Harvest Food Ministry is entirely funded by donations.
Where We Came From
Harvest Food Ministry started in the Holliday Assembly of God Church, with a few members making the boxes for multiple families. As the need for food grew, so did the need for room. Once Harvest Food Ministry noticed these needs, they expanded and built the building they now operate out of, just down the block from the Church. Today, Harvest Food distributes food to multiple families around the community and surrounding communities.
